1. Scope & Disclaimer

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through the official website: rushcabin.com.

  • Third-Party Platforms: Orders placed through Amazon, eBay, or other external storefronts are subject to the respective return and warranty policies of those platforms. Rushcabin holds no liability for external platform orders.
  • Shipping Fees: Expedited shipping fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has departed from our facility.

2. Warranty Framework

The warranty eligibility period begins on the date of carrier delivery confirmation:

  • CarPlay Modules & Android Screen Displays: Covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
  • Standard Products: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Refurbished / Certified Pre-Owned Items: Covered by a 1-year warranty. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the unit is proven inherently defective.
  • Promotional Free Gifts: Excluded from all warranty coverage.
Lifetime Support Promise: Even after your warranty expires, Rushcabin proudly provides lifetime technical assistance and system usage guidance free of charge.

3. Product Defects & Technical Faults

Within 0 to 60 Days Post-Delivery

  • Replacements: The original unit must be returned according to our guided technical instructions. Following testing and verification, a brand-new unit will be dispatched. Rushcabin covers all associated shipping costs.
  • Refunds: To qualify for a full refund, the entire package—including all original accessories, wiring harnesses, and instruction manuals—must be returned in mint condition.

From 61 Days to 2 Years Post-Delivery

The product must be returned to our facility for certified testing and inspection:

  • If Repairable: Necessary replacement parts and components will be issued and repaired free of charge.
  • If Unrepairable: Rushcabin will offer a significantly discounted rate on a replacement unit, pro-rated based on your original purchase date.
Compliance Notice: The warranty duration for any replacement product remains bound to the original purchase date. Customers may be required to cooperate with diagnostics by providing firmware logs, car model specs, or wiring photos. Failure to cooperate may result in the forfeiture of warranty claims.

4. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal preference, claims must be processed within 30 days of delivery according to the following conditions:

Item NOT Installed

Exchanges: Allowed. The customer is responsible for any retail price difference, along with both return and outbound shipping costs.

Refunds: Allowed. However, a 19% restocking fee plus the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

Item HAS Been Installed

Exchanges: Strictly unavailable for units that have been mounted or wired.

Refunds: Allowed. However, a 29% to 39% restocking fee (depending on unit wear) plus original outbound shipping costs will be deducted.

Over 30 Days: No returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances for personal preference claims once the 30-day window closes.

5. Cancellations & Refund Processing

  • Pre-Production / Pre-Shipment: Orders may be canceled at any time prior to fulfillment or custom manufacturing for a full refund.
  • Post-Shipment: Cancellations are impossible once a tracking number has been generated and the shipment is in transit.
  • Inspection Window: Once your return parcel arrives, it will be inspected within 48 hours. An approval or rejection notification will be sent via email.
  • Payout Schedule: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days (final posting times vary depending on your bank).

Delayed Refunds: If you have not seen your credit post, please contact your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue remains unresolved, forward your inquiry to sales@rushcabin.com.

6. Crucial Terms & Customer Obligations

  • Delivery On-Site Inspection: If a package arrives noticeably damaged or incorrect, do not sign for or accept the parcel. Take immediate photos and report the incident within 5 days.
  • Missing Parts: Any claims regarding missing accessories or components must be filed within 30 days of package receipt.
  • RMA Authorization Required: You must contact Rushcabin customer support for return authorization prior to shipping items back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected, and any loss or cross-border fees incurred will be borne entirely by the client.
  • Post-Installation Faults: If a software or hardware issue arises after installation, do not dismantle or remove the unit. Take clear photos or video documentation and contact Rushcabin within 5 days for remote diagnostics.
  • Non-Reimbursable Costs: Third-party labor charges for professional vehicle installation, device uninstallation, or localized regional import customs taxes are completely non-reimbursable. (Note: Domestic shipments dispatched from our local US/UK regional warehouses are tax-free.)
  • Professional Installation: We highly recommend utilizing certified automotive electronics technicians. Damage caused by improper self-installation or unguided handling will void warranty privileges.
  • Pre-Owned Vehicles: If you purchase a used car containing a pre-installed Rushcabin unit, we are not responsible for the layout or quality of the original installation, but we will gladly provide routine firmware support.
