Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day hassle-free return and refund policy for all eligible orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

How long does it take before I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after vehicle compatibility is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 10–13 business days depending on your location.

Please note that processing begins only after all required vehicle information (such as dashboard photos or system details) has been received.

Can I do a DIY install?

Yes! You sure can! We provide install guides and videos for customers who wish to do a DIY install. We even provide you with the opportunity of adding a DIY Tool Kit to your order, so you have everything you need for the DIY installation!

How can you ensure that products will work with my car?

To ensure compatibility, after your purchase we will request a photo of your car's existing radio, as well as your A/C control panel. We then use these photos to run extensive compatibility checks. This ensures that our screen is fully compatible with your car!

Do you provide Support or Technical Assistance?
