⚠️ Important Shipping Terms & Customer Liability
- Import Duties & Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery Security: If your delivery address is unsecured, please plan accordingly. Standard mail couriers do not require a signature upon delivery; parcels will be left at your designated location or anywhere the mail carrier deems fit.
- Incorrect Addresses: We hold no liability for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or flawed shipping details entered by the customer during checkout.
- Unclaimed Packages & Loss: If a package is successfully delivered to your address but is lost due to an extended failure to claim or retrieve it, the customer assumes full responsibility.
- Restocking Fee: If a package is returned to our facility because it went completely unclaimed or was rejected by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee (calculated from the item’s total cost) will be deducted from your final refund.
